  Spoke with Patricia who was wonderful. Waited to hear from an agent who called when I was unavailable. No message was left. I called and left a voice mail and after some days heard back. Made an appointment for following week and agent was a no-show. Called and Patricia tracked agent down. He had an emergency while he I get, but to leave me waiting for him to come with no regard and no phone call to cancel is added to the large pile of lack of professionalism. I tried to support my town business but this was a horrible experience.
